Play an active role in helping your store, your people and your customer win.
- Sales and lead generation/management
- Timely response to inbound sales inquiries (phone, email, in-person)
- Management of a sales funnel
- Consistent follow up with active and dormant leads
- Train and develop store culture towards coworking sales
- Member relations/customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with current members
- Hold member events to develop community
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive environment for members and guests
- Coworking operations
- Order and maintain space supplies
- Manage all aspects of housekeeping
- Ensure all member contracts and billing are accurate
- Manage member accounts receivable
Essential skills and experience:
- Able to work a flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)
- 1+ year experience selling retail products or services
- Experience leading and coaching a team and/or supervising others
- Must be able to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
- Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
