We are currently seeking a Healthcare Valuation Supervisor to join Withum’s Forensic and Valuation Services Group. The Supervisor will work on a variety of assignments, including taking substantial responsibility of overseeing and performing valuation and compensation valuation opinions related to a wide variety of healthcare entities including; single and multi-specialty physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, hospital/hospital departments, physical therapy centers, home healthcare companies, and other healthcare entities.

How You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Overseeing and performing valuation, consulting and advisory services relating to healthcare entities.
• Overseeing and performing the analysis of compensation arrangements for healthcare entities to include; clinical service, coverage arrangements, physician executive services, etc.
• Overseeing and performing purchase price allocations for financial and tax reporting purposes.
• Overseeing and performing the analysis of physician compensation arrangements, lease arrangements, etc. in order to be Stark and Anti-Kickback compliant.
• Supervising team members, reviewing their work, and providing guidance

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or similar quantitative discipline
• 3+ years of performing valuation related services.
• In-depth understanding of valuation methods such as discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transactions, etc.,
• Must be pursuing valuation related certification including ASA, CVA, ABV
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Capital IQ and MGMA and AMGA databases preferred
• Capacity to work independently on projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

California/Washington State ranges are from $90,000 - $135,000
Washington, D.C. ranges are from $90,000 - $125,000
NYC ranges are from $90,000 - $130,000
