保険会社の大規模な変革的ITプロジェクトのシステム／ソリューション・テクノロジー・アーキテクト。
職務は、1つまたは複数のプロジェクトに対して最適な技術的ソリューションを提供し、プロジェクトチームに対して技術的なコンサルテーションとソートリーダーシップを提供し、能力開発に参加し、変革プログラム全体がスケジュール、予算、品質／スコープの面でプロジェクト目標を達成できるよう支援することです。

主な職務内容
- プロジェクト目標を達成するための最適なITソリューションを定義する
- 顧客の技術チームと密接に協力し、ソリューションの顧客側レビューのサインオフを追求する
- 工数見積もりのレビューと指導を含む、技術チームの技術設計と成果物のレビュー
- 高度な技術的問題における顧客との一元的な連絡窓口
技術的なスキル
- 認定教育機関での学士号取得者、またはそれに相当する外国資格取得者。また、学歴1年の代わりに3年間の専門分野での実務経験を考慮する。
- 情報技術における少なくとも10年の経験。
- 日本国籍の方、日本での就労が許可されている方の応募を奨励。現時点では弊社はスポンサーになることはできません。
- 少なくとも4年間のアーキテクチャーデザインとレビューの経験。レガシー技術および最新技術に関する幅広い知識を有すること。
- バイリンガルスキル： ネイティブに近い日本語とビジネスレベルの英語
- 少なくとも6年間の実践的な技術業務経験
- アーキテクチャ設計フレームワークの豊富な知見
- 保険業界での経験
- 高い（ネイティブに近い）日本語能力とビジネスレベルの英語力
- クラウドの経験
- 口頭および書面による優れたコミュニケーション・スキル
- ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルの経験
- 多様なステークホルダーが存在する環境でチームとして働く能力
- グローバルなデリバリー環境で働いた経験と意欲
