Location: Barcelona/Croydon (Hybrid )

This position, which is accountable to the Regional Director EMEA, entails executing tasks pertaining to the migration of share plans from the Shareworks platform to Equate+. This is a flexible role where you will be required to lead the RM's through the various migration processes and report to the Project Kessel Board on progress.

This is a 12-month secondment as Client Readiness Lead for Project Kessel to ensure efficient on-time Client Readiness for clients moving from Shareworks to Computershare. The position is on a secondment basis and will be based in either Croydon or Barcelona for a duration of 2-3 days per week (or as agreed upon)

A role you will love

As a Shareworks liaison, you'll be the point of contact and a catalyst for uncovering and subsequent client and RM apprehension.

You will ensure that the responsibilities of the project are comprehended and that the RM is aware of the tasks assigned to them, as well as the appropriate timeframes for their utilization. Additionally, you will ensure that the collateral is clearly identified, its location, and its intended use. Finally, you will ensure that a comprehensive glossary is maintained. You will also be the first point of contact for questions, concerns, suggestions, and feedback regarding the tasks due.

As a lead, you will work with RM's and the wider Kessel program resources to develop efficient methods for completing discovery. Finding and delivering bulk methods of discovery, such as the year planner, will save the RM's time. You will be responsible for motivating and driving the RM in collaboration with DK to successfully complete discovery, ensuring that they comprehend the required dates and the interconnected dependencies of the migration timings.

You will be responsible for helping with challenges and complexity. Like common trends/issues being faced by RM's, share them with the Project, learn from them, and playback into RM's. As well as Contracts - common objections, work with and educate RM's on some of the challenges where they are not legal challenges and where we might have a stock answer

You will be responsible for identifying objection blockers and recommending solutions, while also gaining knowledge of the position and reporting it to the central migration program for the migrating clients.

Make clear and timely requests to the program for the necessary support, such as when and where AM resources are required for demonstrations, client education sessions, and methods of working, in accordance with the overall migration timelines.

What will you bring to the role?

  • A proficient Share plan knowledge across relationship management and delivery, coupled with a proven track record of delivering key projects on time, such as Corporate Actions or other change activities.
  • At least five years of Shareworks knowledge is required.
  • Understanding the current Shareworks RM responsibilities and duties.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Share Plan concepts, including global plans, discretionary plans, SIP, SATE, and nominees.
  • Good overall experience working with Top 10 clients on the sensitivities and intricacies in their delivery
  • Ability to lead and motivate your colleagues during a period of significant change for the organization.
  • Good interpersonal skills, coupled with good communication and motivational skills, are essential for the Kessel delivery, including new challenges as they arrive at the project.
