MARKETING SPECIALIST

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a Marketing Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for contributing to Arrow's market share growth by fostering partner relationships, delivering workshops, and supporting cloud programs. You will report to the Cloud & Digital Marketing Lead and be a part of a fun, diverse team.

• You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Microsoft Modern Work solutions objectives and sales plans.
• Identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities to enhance Arrow's market share within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Leading the creation of targeted marketing campaigns tailored to specific audiences and objectives.
• Collaborating closely with vendor and account management teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with business goals.
• Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Utilizing market insights to refine and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
• Effectively manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
• Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular and insightful reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

• You have experience in B2B IT Marketing and strong understanding of IT Distribution.
• Previous experience of Microsoft solutions and the cloud ecosystem desired.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to support other digital marketing when required, across Organic Social, Affiliates, Email Marketing, other Paid platforms.
• Execute both tactical and strategic digital marketing activity within an agreed schedule and budget.
