JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for the creation and management of web & digital marketing activities associated with our US Specialty Distribution Group's (USDG) businesses. The Marketing Specialist will work within the digital marketing space and will be empowered to be the business owner of this channel in partnership with leadership. They will coordinate all activities recommended by the Marketing Manager, Business leaders, Product Management teams as well as with suppliers to drive customer revenue sales expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support each USDG market segment's overall marketing strategy by developing and executing web & digital activities. This includes creating and owning a digital marketing plan and calendar, and the responsibility to drive incremental sales growth for USDG.

- Skilled in the following platforms: Marketing Manager, Smartsheet, Asana, Siebel, Website platform

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $54,540 - $95,445 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
