Position Purpose
Viventium Software is looking for a qualified Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The position will report directly to our Director, Growth Marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Event and Tradeshow Program
- Manage and execute the strategic event calendar for Viventium
- Coordinate and manage all event and tradeshow budget and logistics
- Drive leads to sales through events and tradeshows
- Monitor progress and track ROI of all events
- Coordinate with other members of the marketing and sales team for full tradeshow program execution including sponsorships, print ads, content etc.
- Collect and report on feedback from events

Associations/Membership Management
- Own and manage the relationship between Viventium and Associations/ Memberships
- Renew memberships as needed
- Scope new association opportunities
- Research opportunities aside from events, including digital, advertising, speaking engagements etc. within associations
- Manage presentation submissions and execute our thought leadership programs within associations and tradeshows
- Manage other campaigns within associations/tradeshows
- Manage website content relating to associations and events
- KPI Reporting and Tracking
- Own the KPI reporting for events and associations
- Collaborate with sales for QA to report accurate lead generation sources
- Present KPIs quarterly to Senior Management
- Analyze trends
- Special Marketing Programs and Projects
- Sales enablement projects as assigned by CMO
- Other marketing campaigns as assigned by CMO
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Manage social media posting calendar drafting content, post copy and coordinating creative imagery and video
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices to continually improve our social media presence
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing related roles
- Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented thinker - with an ability to proactively identify, develop and resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes, reporting and relationships with vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High EQ, team player, self-starter, with an ability to multitask and stay highly organized
- Working knowledge of marketing automation solutions/practices
