The RDM team creates and cares for Apple Stores that look, feel, and function as beautifully as our products. We do this by obsessing over the employee and customer experience, and driving a Global Real Estate strategy that sets the bar. The RDM Retail Real Estate Services Team, is responsible for the operation of the Retail Real Estate's Central Fleet Management & PMO functions implementing strategically significant plans & objectives worldwide. As a Real Estate Services Associate you will be responsible for supporting the Real Estate services team drive excellence in process, systems, operation and the implementation of WW business initiatives across the retail real estate portfolio. Specifically, you will support the WW Fleet Management & Work Places team. This will include supporting WW reporting, information flow, and management. You will be a trusted partner to the Retail Real Estate Services team and to cross functional partners.

• 6+ years experience in Project Management or equivalent.
• Experience in Retail Real Estate and Development preferred.
• Strong proficiency in business tools & practices (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Keynote, Wrike and Tririga).
• Proven track record in collecting, analyzing and tracking key business data.
• Excellent skills in preparing presentation materials and simplified reports for all business levels.
• Proven success in supporting the implementation of multiple projects, managing priorities & people concurrently across many regions.
• Skilled at supporting strategic work streams with an understanding of compliance needs & implementation.
• Problem-solver that can identify efficiencies through partnership across the retail real estate organization.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment supporting both strategic and tactical work streams.
• Demonstrates Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $105,200.00 and $158,100.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
