The RDM team create and care for Apple Stores that look, feel, and function as beautifully as our products. We do this by obsessing over the employee and customer experience, and driving a Global Real Estate strategy that sets the bar. The RDM Retail Real Estate Services Team, is responsible for the operation of the Retail Real Estate's Central Fleet Management & PMO functions implementing strategically significant plans & objectives worldwide. The Central Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence in systems, process and policies for the WW Retail Real Estate team. Specifically, you will support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. You will be a trusted partner to Senior Leadership and cross-functional partners.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years Operations or Project Management Experience in Retail Real Estate and Development preferred.
  • Strong problem-solver that can drive efficiencies through partnership across and through the retail real estate organization.
  • A self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment with passion for retail excellence.
  • Strong proficiency in risk, change, and dependency management.
  • Demonstrable success in managing multiple projects, priorities & people concurrently across many regions.
  • An extraordinary influencer who can connect the dots at the macro/micro levels.
  • Skilled at crafting and leading strategic work streams with a strong understanding of compliance needs & implementation.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including extensive experience addressing every level of a large organization.
  • Demonstrates Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Description

- Lead planning and implementation of a large number of complex, and cross-functional real estate initiatives and business solutions. An Operational expert in the real estate field. You will successfully implement worldwide operational systems process, policies and strategies. You will activate cross-functional partners through engagement when launching new processes, and work streams - Inspire the team to implement global operational excellence whilst adopting new business intelligence tools and efficient processes. This includes implementing standardized processes to meet compliance and management needs - Develop and maintain strong relationships for key partner teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and initiatives; influencing through your deep understanding of Apple Real Estate business and practices. - Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn.

Education & Experience

Bachelors and/or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
