Think February is a month dedicated to only romantic love? Think again. It's also a great time to celebrate employers who treat their employees right not just on Valentine's Day—but all year round. So, here are 21 companies we love. The best part? They're all hiring right now.

Ah, February. The month dedicated to love. But, if you think those candy hearts, endearing messages, and warm and fuzzy feelings are only reserved for romantic love, think again.

Here at The Muse, we’re feeling all sorts of heart-eye emojis for these awesome companies that know how to treat their employees right—not just on Valentine’s Day, but all year long.

Does that sound way better than a candlelit dinner and a giant stuffed teddy bear? We think so. Check out the 20 swoon-worthy companies we’ve rounded up right here—they’re all hiring right now.

1. Dun & Bradstreet
