Love Animals? Join the Ad Agency That Was Made for You
Circa Healthcare isn’t just any ad agency; it specifically focuses on the animal healthcare industry, helping clients manage brand strategy and marketing and developing advertising that’s both creative and engaging. “Because we’re helping animals, which we all love, we feel it’s worth the time and effort—and it’s really fulfilling,” says copywriter Lee Perkins.
However, this Exton, Pennsylvania-based company also has its hands in a lot of other pots; other clients include pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, and biotechnology companies. How does Circa work on so many different projects within so many industries without having a bottleneck problem? The company is dedicated to the idea of a collaborative work environment, and a key part is Circa’s leadership council, which meets regularly to keep all departments updated and to make sure its ideas are innovative and fresh.
“Circa really does encourage each member of the team to look for opportunities to expand their knowledge base,” explains staffer Mia Martino Yang. “Here at Circa Healthcare, the company affords you the opportunity to be passionate about what you do.”
Keeping with this concept of a collaborative and innovative work environment, the Circa team also makes a huge effort celebrate together outside of work. In the past, those outings have been as simple as grabbing ice cream together to as adventurous as heading to an orchard for hayrides. And in the offices, this team of pet lovers stays happy by enjoying the pets (dogs and cats alike!) that come to work every day.
“What excites me the most is doing something that might not have ever been done before in this space,” adds Lee. “If you're the type of person who likes to have fun and be a self-motivator, then this is the place for you.”
