Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce strategic and tactical IAM solutions.
- Simplify and assist in vendor rationalization and placement.
- Build pragmatic roadmaps based on in-depth discovery sessions.
- Maintain field level relationships with IAM vendors and partners.
- Design & Build ATC Labs
- Collect and build Use Case Development, Documentation and Demonstration functions.
- Assist with Technical Sales Tools and Technical Documentation:
- Sizing guidelines
- Best Practice Guides
- Integration Guides
- Reference Architectures
- Provide strategic IAM consul to WWT clients:
- Discussion and Use Case Demonstrations
- Roadmap discussions
- Understand and suggest complementary solutions with existing technology:
- SKU Guidance
- Bundling Strategies
- Define POC and Customer Engagement guidelines.
- Embed into regional sales teams as the IAM SME to act as the consulting and advisory lead.
- Work with internal and external partners to address client requirements.
- Create functional architectures.
- Thought leadership activities. (Event Speaking, Blog posts, Podcasts...)
- Stay up to date on IAM market and trends, standards, and best practices.
- Proposal creation and presentation
- Maintain client relationship as an IAM advisor for WWT clients.
- Understand and evangelize WWT's differentiators.
- Familiarize WWT account teams with IAM and provide practice messaging.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven track record with numerous pre-sales success stories.
- Technical acumen to develop and deliver documentation and presentation.
- Ability to host architecture and design discussions.
- Experience with scoping and creating statements of work
- Experience in handing and responding to RF"X"
- Capability in developing IAM solutions.
Experience, Education, and Certifications Desired:
- 5+ years as an IAM Solution Engineer or equivalent position.
- Any degrees from an accredited college or university
- Advanced security certifications. (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CISA...)
