What will you be doing?
Solution Enablement Services
- Build & own leadership level relationships with Palo Alto Networks Channel and CPSP
- Design & Build ATC Labs for multiple frameworks (ie: SASE, ASD, Zero Trust, etc)
- Use Case Development, Documentation and Demonstration functions
- Technical Sales Tools and Technical Documentation
- Sizing guidelines
- Best Practice Guides
- Integration Guides
- Reference Architectures
- Solutions Architect & Consulting Systems Engineers cadence and informal training
- Discussion and Use Case Demonstrations
- Roadmap discussions
- Product Solutions Offering Matrix
- SKU Guidance
- Bundling Strategies
- Services Mapping Guides around Palo Alto Certified Professional Services Program
- Define POC and Customer Engagement guidelines
Customer Maximization & Retention
- Plug-in with Regional Major Account Teams on Product Capabilities, Solution Scoping, Road Mapping, and Solution Alignment with Best Practices
- Shadowing & Oversight with consulting engagements (2 per year).
- Product Maximization
- Align with Major Regional Account Teams
- Drive relevant workshops
- Best Practice solutions guides based on frameworks, blueprints, and methodologies
- Align with Major Regional Account Teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical Expert in core Palo Alto Networks Strata solutions with secondary expertise in Palo Alto Networks Strata & SASE solutions
- Ability to develop architect-level knowledge in Palo Alto Networks Prisma & Cortex solutions
- Highest level of technical pre-sales & post-sales certification(s) in assigned 'pillar'
- PCNSE (required)
- PSE-Pro (highly desired)
- PCNSC (highly desired)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in assigned partner products, or relevant experience
- Pre-Sales and Post-Sales experience (Systems Engineering, Consulting, Architecture)
- Communicate to Customers and Internal personnel including large public speaking
- Superior Writing & Speaking Skills
