The Salesforce Service cloud consultant is responsible of expertise in Salesforce:
- Must have the deep knowledge on one of the Salesforce products, especially Service Cloud and the eco systems. This means they understand how different applications and features of Salesforce can be used to meet customer needs.
- Experienced in customization, configuration, administration and release management.
- Problem-solving: he/she should have strong skills in finding solutions to problems that may come up during a project.
- Data Management: One to understand how to handle data and organize it in a database.
- Software Development: Must be familiar with creating new software, including planning, designing, testing, and maintaining it.
- Must have striven to meet and manage the needs and expectations of customers.
- Focusing on creating and delivering solutions that positively impact the business.
- Interested in troubleshooting: When issues arise, they can identify the problem and find a way to fix it.
- Experienced in creating the designs and implementation and a business's processes using Salesforce applications.
- Interested in taking the lead/charge in implementing solutions in a customer's organization. They're experienced in handling projects and ensuring their success.
