DESCRIPTION:
Manage and oversee implementation of IT projects from inception to completion.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:   

  • Coordinate with all project stakeholders to develop solution requirements for RFI/RFPs including users needs, program functions, and report designs.
  • Lead and coordinate software and change management implementation efforts to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and monitor Project deliverables including: project charter, project plans including budget and timeline, resource plan, RAIDD log, project health dashboards, and project close out summary.
  • Effectively identify, communicate and facilitate mitigation of risks, issues, barriers to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee 3rd party implementation partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration to hold them accountable to commitments.
  • Document as-is and to-be workflows to improve business processes.
  • Communicate roles and responsibilities to all team members and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate testing and verification of for software implemenations, major upgrades and system changes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, developers, hosting providers, network administrators, managers, senior staff and internal users.
  • Facilitate project to completion on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate any realignment of artifacts required for successful roll-out and adoption of new solution and processes including changes to job aides, training materials and intranet resources.
  • Identify goals & success metrics and communicate progress to project stakeholders and executive level employees
   

REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelors degree in related field, PMP or SAFE Project Management Certification and 3-5 years of Project Managing IT software implementation and change in management projects.   
   
Total compensation range: $100,000 - $125,000 with a 10% bonus.

Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.
