Overview
仪器经销商销售支持岗位为经销商的机会管理,报价,下单的整体流程提供全方位、细致的支持服务,以强化与经销商的合作关系,助力经销商提升销售业绩。通过协助经销商解决销售流程中的各类问题,确保公司产品在经销渠道的顺畅推广与销售,实现公司与经销商的共同发展。
Responsibilities
- 经销商的机会录入与管理:和经销商销售团队协同制定经销商机会管理方法及模板,与经销商保持定期业务沟通,搜集商机信息,录入系统并追踪反馈项目进展,以确保对于经销商业务模式和市场动态的及时性与准确性。
- 经销商报价、订单入单及合同签署流程处理及跟踪。
- 经销商的报单管理:管理经销商机会报单,客观公正地进行判断,并记录以激励经销商增加业务覆盖,减少商机追踪过程中的争议。定期搜集经销商报单数据,确保准确性和完整性。
- 经销商销售流程相关培训:协助渠道运营经理组织针对经销商销售团队的培训课程,并提供销售流程,机会管理相关的培训。
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先。
- 具有 1 - 3 年销售支持、客户服务或相关领域工作经验。
- 有与经销商合作或渠道销售支持经验者优先考虑。
- 掌握市场营销、销售管理等基础知识,了解经销商运营模式。
- 熟练使用 Office 办公软件,尤其是 Excel 进行数据处理与分析,能够运用函数、图表等工具进行数据呈现。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力,能够与不同层级的经销商人员进行有效沟通。
- 拥有较强的学习能力与问题解决能力,能够快速掌握新产品知识与解决工作中的突发问题。
- 工作认真负责,具备较强的服务意识,能够耐心、细致地为经销商提供支持。
- 具有良好的团队协作精神,愿意与团队成员分享经验与信息,共同完成工作任务。
- 具备较强的抗压能力,能够在快节奏的工作环境下应对多项任务与挑战。
