About Our Team:

The Walmart Omni Tech Supply Chain Innovation team researches, identifies, and develops analytical supply chain products that drive cost efficiencies. Our team takes end-to-end ownership in solving complex supply chain problems using technology and data. We're seeking motivated, results-oriented individuals to build innovative products, from concept to deployment.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Product Manager in Global Tech, you will work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build products. You will:

  • Conceptualize, research, and identify gaps in current business processes.
  • Structure ambiguous problems, formulate hypotheses, gather and analyze data, and provide clear recommendations using tools such as BigQuery, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and implementation for key initiatives within the supply chain function.
  • Lead the product discovery for complex technical projects, translate strategic priorities into product roadmaps, and document functional and technical specifications.
  • Translate product roadmaps into detailed use cases, process flows, and user stories for the engineering team.
  • Work with business and operational stakeholders on scope tradeoff decisions, change management for product rollouts, and user acceptance testing.
  • Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solutions and move people and organizations to act.

What you'll bring (Skills required):

  • Knowledge of retail supply chain and one or more business practices across domains such as product, finance, marketing, technology, business systems
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Advanced written communication skills and experience with preparing structured documents and presentation materials.
  • Ability to deconstruct an abstract problem, formulate hypotheses, identify the right-metrics and data sources and conduct detailed analyses to explain the business context.
  • Experience in navigating ambiguity and building rapid business cases/ prototypes to improve business performance.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting advanced analyses to provide recommendation of applicability and efficiency of product features.
  • Experience using the following analytics and reporting tools: Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
