Job Purpose and Overview

Join our team as a Senior Product Manager and responsible for a group of products within our expanding portfolio of apps. We are a globally recognized team serving enterprise customers such as Amazon, Boeing, Blizzard, Google, Microsoft, Samsung, VMware, and Visa.

In this role, you will work with the category Product Director to define a vision for the apps you'll manage.. With the category product director, develop and deliver a clear strategy that establishes a winning position in the marketplace, and deliver upon that vision. You will work with a cross functional team including engineering, growth, product management, customer success, support, legal, and information security to develop underlying capabilities that enable the strategy. Your success will be measured through the increase in success in those products.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver the strategy and roadmap to achieve the vision
  • Lead product management for your portfolio of apps
  • Collaborate with the product director to define a compelling vision for the portfolio
  • Define clear key results and success criteria in support of the strategy
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the strategy
  • Maintain a pulse on progress against your objectives, communicating and adjusting as needed
  • Communicate at multiple levels of the organization regarding progress against objectives
  • Lead monthly goal progress reviews with all team members aligning sprint work to product strategies
  • Contributing to category-level budgeting decisions, including capacity and resource planning across product, engineering, and marketing
  • Analyzing and reporting on cross-product trends, opportunities and risks for your portfolio
  • Manage the product backlogs in your portfolio of apps
  • Provide product support assistance

What We Would Like To See

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related area.
  • Minimum: 5+ years of product management experience preferably a XaaS consumption model
  • Minimum: 3+ years of experience in working with technical requirements like API design, authentications models, PaaS architecture, high availability, security, privacy and compliance (e.g. GDPR)
  • Solid written and verbal English communication is necessary
  • An autonomous and self-organizing team member, capable of achieving assigned objectives
  • Excellent analytical and observation skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to understand complex software products and their usage
  • A curious and adaptable mind, capable of learning while delivering value
  • Preferred: 2+ years using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to deliver products / services
  • Preferred: Product Management Certification (AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute, 280 Group)
