Position Summary...
This is a unique, high-visibility role for someone who excels at executive storytelling, synthesizing complexity, and driving accountability across teams. As the bridge between LMD and Walmart leadership, you’ll shape how our work is represented in the most critical forums and ensure the organization is aligned behind the right actions. If you’re organized, persuasive, and love making order out of ambiguity, this role will give you unmatched exposure and influence.
What you'll do...
• Act as the primary liaison between the LMD team and executive leadership.
• Own executive communication: presentation building, storytelling, and synthesizing ambiguity.
• Ensure accountability across LMD work streams through follow-ups and coordination.

• Independently represent the team in leadership forums and ensure cross-team alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
• 8+ years in strategic communication, operations, or chief-of-staff–like roles.
• Excellent executive presence and advanced storytelling/presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up discipline; thrives in fast-paced ambiguity.
• Comfortable influencing without authority and coordinating across large teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
