Title:B2B Marketing Specialist

The B2B Marketing Specialist will be accountable for key marketing and commercial projects across collateral design, event coordination, competitive intelligence, and commercial enablement. Their impact will make a noticeable difference in supporting Cleo’s marketing function and our commercial engine, helping us put our best foot forward in the market.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales enablement: develop, design, and maintain commercial materials, including custom sales collateral for strategic deals in Google Slides and Figma.
    • Content creation assistance: help support the creation of other written assets, such as blog posts, LinkedIn posts, white papers, email copy, and other B2B content.
    • Content management: maintain an organized content bank and Google Slide library, ensuring marketing materials are consistently updated and aligned with current information, metrics, and statistics.
    • Event support and coordination: manage logistics for in-person events, design and coordinate required graphics, order swag and manage event marketing strategy.
    • Coordination across teams: Support keeping commercial teams fully informed about ongoing initiatives and campaigns by managing enablement hubs and distributing regular updates.
    • Competitive intelligence: Drive and organize Cleo’s competitive intelligence research that helps to best position our solutions in the market.
    • Capability building: Help develop ongoing sales training and socialization of key messaging and solution concepts.

What we're looking for:

    • Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales enablement, or graphic design roles.
    • Event management: 1-2 years of experience in managing event vendors or coordinating events.
    • Content creation, design, and tool proficiency: Proficient in crafting diverse content types like presentations, case studies, and one-pagers. We have a strong preference for proficiency in Google Slides, Figma, and Adobe design software.
    • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.
    • Organizational & project management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and effective communication on progress or obstacles.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: Excellent collaborative skills, adept at working with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote, startup environment, with the agility to pivot swiftly with shifting priorities and navigate ambiguity.
    • Content management & tools: Familiarity with content management and collaboration tools such as Responsive, Confluence, and Google Sites is advantageous.
    • Industry knowledge: Experience working with B2B sales teams, B2B2C marketing teams, and/or within the healthcare sector is recommended and preferred, though not mandatory.

Pay Transparency: For New York and California, the base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. Outside of those states, the base salary range is $70,000 - $81,000 annually. In addition to a base salary, Cleo offers the following benefits: health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), 15 paid holidays, 5-day winter break, unlimited flexible vacation time, sick time, 16 weeks paid parental leave, 401(k) plan, disability insurance, life insurance, wellness perks, and more.
