About the role

This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year, covering a parental leave, with the potential to transition into full-time employment. The position is based in Stockholm.

As a Talent Partner, you'll drive positive impact by scouting top-tier talent and business leaders across Europe and various functions. Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and engaging with C-Level executives, you'll delve into their business context, uncovering strategic challenges and opportunities to shape our talent acquisition strategies. In addition to taking charge of the holistic in-house recruitment lifecycle, you'll continuously support in enhancing our processes and strategies to attract top talent.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, ensuring effective talent acquisition
  • Act as a trusted partner to the business, providing valuable advice to hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels through strong communication and collaboration
  • Proactively challenge our recruitment processes and practices, offering practical and innovative solutions to improve processes
  • Execute tasks with methodical efficiency, prioritizing effectively and making timely decisions
  • Manage multiple recruitments and projects simultaneously, adapting to changing objectives as needed
  • Maintain focus on our overarching business goals, and think ahead proactively

Who you are

  • An expert in talent acquisition, well-versed in running the whole recruitment process end-to-end, with 5+ years of recruiting experience and a proven track record of driving processes forward with speed and quality.
  • Recognised as a trusted partner to hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels. You bring an international mindset gained from working with various cultures
  • Proactive in challenging the status quo, offering and driving pragmatic solutions and innovative engagement strategies
  • Agile in adapting to changing goals and evolving situations in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to anticipate issues, stay calm under pressure, and set priorities effectively
  • Methodical, structured, and efficient; adept at managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including search, with a strong understanding of business needs
  • Excellent in English communication, demonstrating proficiency in all forms of communication
