Position Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts. Your focus will extend beyond traditional hiring processes to collaborating closely with hiring managers, partnering with HR, and embedding yourself within the business. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with a preference for candidates that can go in hybrid to one of our offices throughout the US.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Talent Sourcing:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs across various business lines.
    • Collaborating with your partners in HR to identify the business needs and talent gaps within teams to help fill them.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, sourcing, industry contacts, networks, and other innovative approaches.

  • Cultivate solid working relationships with hiring managers. Understand their unique requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless coordination throughout the hiring process.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    • Source external candidates through targeted recruitment activities.
    • Conduct thorough phone screens and in-depth interviews, adhering to behavioral-based questioning techniques and legal guidelines.
  • Interview Process Coordination:
    • Facilitate onsite interviews, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and interview teams.
    • Champion Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) best practices during all stages of hiring.
  • Feedback and Decision-Making:
    • Gather feedback from interviewers and provide actionable insights to hiring managers.
    • Propose next steps based on interview outcomes.
  • Offer Negotiation:
    • Collaborate with selected candidates to finalize offer packages.
  • Internal Talent Management:
    • Manage internal recruitment processes and engage with existing employees interested in new opportunities.
    • Foster agency and vendor relationships as needed.
  • Data-Driven Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate recruitment activity logs for reporting purposes.
  • HRIS Data Integrity:
    • Ensure data accuracy within the HRIS system.

    About You:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or a related field. SHRM certification or PHR certification preferred.
    • Experience: 5-7 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience in the field of insurance brokerage preferred or financial services.
    • Preferred Tools: Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and ADP HRIS.
    • Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

    The national average of salaries for this position is between $70,000-90,000 and we anticipate paying in this range.
