What We'll Bring:
We are looking for an experienced content strategist to help with the messaging, positioning and execution of GTDA communications across stakeholders. This person will have the ability to tell our story and share our vision across channels, adapting for different audiences and mediums.
This is a remote position for candidates in Costa Rica, which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

What You'll Bring:

• Provide organization-level messaging and positioning review for internal and external communications coming out of the Global Technology, Data and Analytics (GTDA) department
• Review customer communications plans to ensure consistency in messaging and production strategies
• Assist VP of Strategic Enablement with ongoing communications programs and logistics, including and not limited to: Board of Directors, investor relations, department-level town halls, associate engagement programs, etc.
• Active member of the extended GTDA matrix communications team, assisting with content around brand marketing, recruitment branding, enterprise internal communications, etc.

• 8-10 years total experience with a track record of success in managing large scale programs in a high-performing professional environment
• Strong writer who is proficient in multiple medias including PPT, sales training, internal communications, external readiness, technical writing, etc.
• Outstanding team player with a customer/consumer experience mindset who can interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Demonstrated experience to develop and execute change management and communications strategies for large programs
• Excellent communication at executive & board level, and in public forums
• Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to lead within an environment of rapid change, growth, and a drive for continuous improvement
• Ability to manage multiple projects and various deadlines simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience in delivering technology solutions in multidivisional, multinational organizations
• BS and/or MS in Communications, Business, Information Technology, or related field
