Marketing Team. This team is comprised of world-class technologists and content
managers who work together to communicate complex concepts
. Their content is recognized as best-in-class, and their customer content
portal was even identified as a key differentiator by Gartner. As a liaison to this
team, you will be well-supported with resources, tools, and teammates.

There are almost 2000 articles on Tech Zone covering the major components and
products of Workspace ONE and Horizon.
Sometime this summer, the EUC Division of Broadcom is slated to function as an
independent brand. Your work over the first 180 days will be focused on helping the
team rebrand, and re-organize our content around our new messaging, solutions,
and products.
Within 1 month, you will:
• Become well-versed in the tools and processes for publishing content on
Digital Workspace Tech Zone.
• Familiarize yourself with the EUC Marketing organization, and its
stakeholders.
• Begin collaborating with Tech Marketing team members to edit and publish
EUC content on Tech Zone.
• Work with the technical architects to gain a basic understanding of the
portfolio, and the supporting library.
• Work with Tech Zone architects to identify and prioritize content for
migration to new brand.
Within 3 months you will:
• Initiate and manage the rebranding process for Tech Zone
• Continue to develop your technical knowledge.
Within 6 months you will

• Complete rebranding initiative, per legal requirements
• Continue to support EUC Marketing stakeholders and their content needs.
• Review and flag content for updates, as necessary.

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments,
requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

You will be the manager of the Tech Zone platform. You will be the primary point of
contact for content strategy, curation, and SEO tuning.
You will work hand in hand with the Technical Marketing team to maintain a regular
scheduled publishing calendar or videos, demos, articles and blogs.
You will act as copy-editor, voice compliance, brand compliance, of all published
work, in addition to creating your own blogs and content as needed.
You will provide monthly reports on the health of the platform (using Google
Analytics), and tune our plans to improve the data as needed.
You will have a voice at the Tech Zone steering council, ensuring the platform
remains a premier publishing destination.

What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and
culture of the team like?

The hiring manager for this role is Andy Morris, Director, Digital & Web. For daily
management, this role reports to Hannah Jernigan, Content Manager, Digital & Web.
As the liaison for Tech Zone, you will also work closely with Director Jim Yanik
(Workspace ONE & Horizon portfolios) and Director Dale Carter (solutions and
competitive portfolio).
Hannah is the main architect of the Tech Zone bill of materials and is the driving
force that keeps Tech Zone SEO positive and customer engaging. She's an ex-
teacher, holds a degree in adult education, has been a professional writer, and now
holds the keys to Tech Zone, along with the future company's dotcom. She is a
player-coach, ensuring a connection to the work on the ground, and is a passionate
advocate for her team.
The team of three are:
• Gina Daly. Editor in chief of the new DotCom. Former Tech Zone content
manager.
• Melanie Marsden: Content strategist. Project manager. Operations expert.
• You. Editor in chief of Tech Zone.

For US based candidates, the annual pay range (OTE for commissioned roles; Salary for other roles) for this position is: $96,000 - $230,000. The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. EUC, a division of Broadcom, offers comprehensive benefits including, but not limited to: medical, dental, and vision plans, company paid holidays, paid sick leave, and vacation time.
