The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
Responsibilities:
- Community Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage strategies to grow, engage, and retain our creator community.
- Conduct periodic data analysis and execute strategic iterations for creators' content quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community creators, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.

- Oversee online platforms (forums, social media groups, etc.) and ensure they are thriving, inclusive spaces for discussion and collaboration.
- Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and meetups to facilitate networking and engagement within the community.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline and optimize community operations by developing and implementing processes, tools, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze creators' metrics on mass scale and feedback to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Content and Engagement:
- Create and curate content that resonates with the community, including newsletters, social media updates, and more.
- Encourage user-generated content and participation through contests, challenges, and interactive activities.
- Develop and manage a calendar of community events, campaigns, and initiatives to maintain a consistent and engaging presence.
- Advocacy and Support:
- Provide training, resources, and support to community members to enhance their experience and involvement.
- Manage feedback loops between the community and internal teams, ensuring that community voices are heard and acted upon.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of community-building principles and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in event planning and execution, both virtual and in-person.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about community growth and engagement.
