About Team
IT-Enterprise Solution Product team is committed to creating exceptional products to improve efficiency and reliability within the ByteDance/Tik Tok. We are also creating enterprise solutions like Software Defined WAN, Endpoint management tools, ITSM, and office intelligence. We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Operations to join our team, to build the best product ecosystem driven by AI and data.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of automated operation and maintenance products and AIOPS products
2. Responsible for the design of overall software and hardware solutions
3. Maintain good communication and cooperation with key businesses and collaborators, identify key business opportunities, and promote and implement them
4. Fully understand business scenarios, design and iterate product capabilities, and support the development of IT global business
5. Be able to make good use of advanced technologies such as big data, AI, etc. to create advanced products.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer or related major, more than 3 years of To B product experience
2. Have experience in AIOPS related products
3. Good business understanding and product transformation capabilities
4. Be goal-oriented and data-driven
5. Have good communication skills and maintain good communication with key business parties and customers.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Have experience in data products and AI products
2. Ability to provide software and hardware solutions
3. Have experience with commercial products.
