About
The TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to build a healthy and sustainable livestream ecosystem. We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform. This role will be based in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Manage key initiatives of safety & experience for the US market.
- Drive creator education with US partnership teams.
- Create best practices and procedures for internal and cross-functional collaboration.
- Leverage data to drive priorities and projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including PMs, Ops, Policy, Data Science, etc., to ensure smooth progress of projects.
- Coordinate various requests and constraints from partners and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across multiple teams and leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 3-5 years of experience working in program or project management.
- Working experience in content safety or similar domains.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in leading data-driven projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of working on UGC or PGC products.
- Experience in program management on cross-functional projects.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in providing data insights.
- Excellent analytical skills with SQL experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, managers, and peers.
- Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills in English and Spanish to combat projects that require understanding of these languages.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $125300 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
