TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

We're looking for a Creator Growth Manager to drive the recruitment and community support of high-growth gaming creators on TikTok LIVE Gaming. This individual will lead creator activation efforts, manage our official Discord community, and design scalable experiences to help new creators stay engaged and grow on the platform. You'll work closely with the Creator Growth, Content, Product, and Data teams to connect the dots between creator needs and growth levers, ensuring creators feel supported, heard, and set up for success.

Responsibilities:
Creator Recruitment & Activation
- Source and recruit promising gaming creators based on growth signals, content type, and platform needs
- Align with internal teams to set recruitment priorities and execute targeted outreach
- Lead activation and early-stage support for newly recruited creators

Creator Enablement
- Design structured experiences to help new creators understand key features, content expectations, and how to grow
- Develop creator-facing materials like FAQs, how-to guides, and feature walkthroughs
- Collaborate with Product Ops to support feature rollouts and GTM initiatives

Community Management
- Own the day-to-day management of TikTok LIVE Gaming's official creator communities, including Discord and other support channels, covering moderation, content updates, and creator communication.
- Define and uphold community guidelines and moderation protocols
- Organize regular creator touchpoints (e.g. office hours, AMA sessions, feedback rooms)
- Surface trends, needs, and insights from the community back to internal teams

Ongoing Creator Engagement
- Review creator engagement trends to identify support needs and opportunities
- Surface breakout creators and partner with Creator Managers to accelerate growth
- Contribute to scalable initiatives that drive retention and strengthen community

Feedback & Program Support
- Gather creator feedback and share insights with Product Ops and Content teams
- Help inform improvements to creator tools, features, and support resources

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in creator community management, talent operations, or related roles
- Hands-on experience managing and moderating active Discord communities
- Skilled in developing scalable educational content and creator-facing resources
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with gaming creators, livestream trends, and mid-tier creator behavior
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
- Passionate about helping creators grow and succeed

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $71000 - $122000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
