We're looking for a sharp, execution-driven Creator Growth Manager to support TikTok LIVE's gaming creator ecosystem. In this role, you'll help plan and execute creator growth programs, track performance, and collaborate across content, product, and BD teams to drive measurable creator impact. You will report directly to the Creator Growth Team Lead and focus on delivering initiatives that scale growth across key creator segments.

Responsibilities:
Creator Segmentation & Support Execution
- Apply and refine a tier-based segmentation model for creators by content type and growth stage.
- Deliver appropriate growth tactics per tier (e.g., 1:1 guidance, group sessions, self-serve resources).
Growth Program Delivery
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of creator growth programs that cover cohort selection, onboarding, milestone tracking, and performance analysis.
- Operationalize creator sprints, rewards systems, and incentive campaigns aligned to tier-based goals.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Collaborate with content and data teams to surface insights on creator performance, identify blockers, and highlight growth opportunities.
- Translate performance trends into actionable recommendations that inform program strategy and execution.
Creator Education & Enablement
- Co-develop toolkits, guides, and training materials that help creators improve content output and monetization.
- Ensure content is clear, modular, and scalable to reduce the need for manual support.
Feature Adoption Execution
- Assist in driving adoption of key TikTok LIVE features among creators.
- Track usage, gather creator feedback, and help optimize rollouts with the Product and Ops teams.
Publisher Activation Support
- Work closely with Campaign, Content, and Product teams to execute publisher-side campaigns, ensuring alignment across creator, content, and feature strategy.
- Support creator participation by monitoring performance, growth impact, and campaign execution quality.
- Help surface key learnings to inform future co-branded initiatives and activation models.
Trend Monitoring & Program Iteration
- Monitor creator behavior, platform trends, and competitive benchmarks.
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve growth playbooks and campaign strategy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in creator strategy, content operations, or growth marketing
- Proven ability to execute programs and initiatives with measurable impact
- Strong analytical skills with comfort navigating dashboards and campaign metrics
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or publisher campaigns (gaming or livestreaming preferred)
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with content, product, and data teams
- Clear communicator with strong project ownership
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $71000 - $122000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
