Our Search Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in analyzing user searches and search strategy optimization to ensure a positive and safe user experience for our community.
To eliminate any doubt, this role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines.
Content includes images, video, text related to every day life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content on a daily basis.

What will I be doing:
Complete regular assessments based on business requirements in accordance with evaluation standard documents
- Responsible for standard and guideline training, clarification and RCA to ensure a better understanding
- Conduct quality inspection and calibration meetings to ensure the delivery quality and improve the performance to achieve the project target.
- Work closely with product ops and other stakeholders in order to provide feedback on data quality/SOP/guidelines and ensure the overall success of projects.
- Able to work on projects outside core responsibilities that could require different requirements, such as using assessment methods and having flexibility to support related projects
- Willing to work on sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content, etc. Able to find potential risks through daily work and willing to share suggestions for improvement
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fluent in French is required as the role requires communication with the French market, fluent English is also required as it is the working language and necessity to support projects that require English
- Have QA and quality improvement experience and are familiar with RCA and data analysis
- Have experience working with or training multi-culture and multi-language members
- Knowledge about search engines, familiar with social media platforms, has excellent knowledge of Tiktok App
- An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
- Quick learner and able to adapt to constant change
- Familiar with common office software, search evaluation experience is preferred
