About the team:
The Business and Partnership Management team (''BPM'') at Trust and Safety is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations performance of the extended workforce across the region. The team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing on-boarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep our community safe.
In the Business and Partnership Management (''BPM'') team, you will execute Commercial Management & Contracts in conjunction with Trust and Safety stakeholders, corporate functions, and Service Providers / Partners.
Responsibilities
- Work within a global team of Commercial Management and Contract Program Managers, and assist a Commercial Management and Contracts Global Leader.
- Supervise the overall commercial relationships with internal stakeholders and Partners.
- Own commercial contracts per Region and/or per Line of Business, from the initial business discussion to signatures.
- Request Partners to implement commercial requirements, and implement corrective actions if you observe some deviation from their contracts.
- Demonstrate business leadership at the time of the Sourcing cycle, set expectations with Procurement and Legal teams, and own Compliance in terms of process, policy and transparency to stakeholders.
- Optimise agreements, pricing models, and overall spend management via a realistic understanding of Operations and Commercial Management.
- Nurture existing and/or new commercial relationships with Partners, aiming to profitable business models for both Parties within an excellent commercial execution.
- Be the owner of Statement of Works, Change Orders, Amendments, Benchmarks, updating Terms & Conditions, optimising business models via Change Management procedure.
- Report to & assist a Commercial Management and Contracts Global Leader in charge of your learning curve and future performances."
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience in Business Development, and/or Commercial Management, Global Agreements with Service Providers, and/or Supplier Relationship Management role (Sourcing, Procurement, Pricing, Contracts).
- Excellent communication skills and proven record of effective collaboration with global partners and XFN stakeholders, and familiarity with senior leadership collaboration.
- End to end experience from Source to Pay (''S2P'').
- Consulting, strategic thinking skills, and great operational understanding.
- Capability to build, accelerate and optimize commercial models and related processes.
- Proven track record in a varied and changing Commercial & Operations environment.
- Action oriented, result focused, remove assumptions, optimization driven.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education, Trust and Safety, BPO, Business Services, Customer Services or E Commerce.
- Vendor Management & Partner Management experience.
