This position offers an excellent place to learn from industry leaders and grow in your career! In this role, you will drive strategic business decisions and make a significant impact on TJX's businesses.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the processes and activities of a small team to ensure effective, efficient and accurate forecasting and planning, through contributions as both a manager and individual contributor
  • Lead a team of 1-2 Financial Analysts / Senior Financial Analysts
  • Oversee and perform financial forecasting and reporting with excellent attention to detail, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Develop long range budget models for the TJX Digital businesses
  • Develop ad-hoc analyses to provide relevant Executive-level guidance on business performance and areas of risk and opportunity
  • Oversee and deliver financial updates to Digital CFO and COO
  • Deliver presentations with strong messaging and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Build relationships with senior operational partners across the business
  • Coordinate team workloads to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Manage and mentor associates on training and professional development
  • Play a leadership role on projects & new initiatives

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Consulting, Investment Banking or other related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred
  • Prior experience leading others in a dynamic, fast paced environment a plus
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation development skills; ability to develop robust interactive excel models independently
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to deliver insights, recommendations, and results concisely and effectively to Executive Level management
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, removing obstacles and maintaining focus in complicated situations to deliver results for self and team
  • Promotes collaboration within team & cross-functionally and actively finds opportunities for improvements
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including high level of attention to detail and ability to drive & lead change
  • Proven track record prioritizing tasks and delivering results while handling multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment

This position has a starting salary range of $90,200 to $115,200 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
