Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Leverage MI to enhance the landscape of vertical market including funding/investment trend, customer dynamics, projects and policies.
  • Design and roll out vertical GTM plan with good customer insights observation and business chance analysis, to reinforce strong leading image in target groups.
  • Develop integrated bioscience workflows or applications to build valued solution selling models across BUs.
  • Leverage internal/external resources to reach segmented targets by creative vertical- campaigns or events.
  • Improve customer engagement program (online/offline) to get warm audience to create new sales opportunities.
  • Create and develop related KOLs (institutions/associations/biotech/biopharma), improve integrated-workflow solution endorsement amid of researchers or relevant industry audience.
  • Strongly apply internal resource, especially in vertical marketing promotion or global campaigns, to amplify influence of bioscience solutions or products group.
  • Qualifications
  • Life science education background(preferred)
  • >8 years with solid work experience in life science product management or marketing work (Integrated marketing experience is preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking (project experience or strong in cross-function communication)
  • Understand academia and industry market and customer insights
  • Good teammate, strong passion in marketing work, willing to challenge and create.
