This role supports the Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry Division for the Asia Pacific & Japan region.

  • Bridge communications between BUs and Commercial teams, to facilitate and drive pricing approval process.
  • Perform pricing analysis and identify drivers for pricing gain/loss.
  • Develop pricing matrix report from CPQ to provide more visibility on pricing analysis.
  • Support and maintain analytics/dashboards driven by Regional FP&A team
  • Proactively seek opportunities to drive continuous improvement and streamline routine analysis, seeking to create efficiencies and leverage through automation and developing business intelligence capability
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks / projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, ability to navigate and influence in a complex matrixed environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, organized and possesses a keen learning attitude.
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, detailed and hands-on
  • Confident, adaptable, able to multi-task, manage priorities and work under pressure
