We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our Global Microbiology Division Marketing team as Associate Digital Marketing Intern based in Basingstoke, UK (hybrid).

What You Will Do

You will integrate the global marketing operations team to support digital deployment tasks for required projects. This means you will ensure the timely execution of digital marketing tactics and activities in your respective area.

You will bring flawless tactical execution whilst working across multiple projects to get measurable results for the campaigns by focusing on customer requirements and the digital journey we take them on.

We value driving key performance metrics for all our campaigns, evaluating success and making recommendations for the future. This is achieved through marketing excellence, benchmarking and continuously introducing new and/or better use of digital channels to our capabilities.

Who We Are Looking For

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in digital marketing. Knowledge of science or microbiology is not crucial, but a curiosity about learning is.

• Understanding of Social/Paid Media channels, SEO/SEM concepts, as well as associated analytics platforms.

• Skilled at crafting written marketing content and confident communicating ideas and preferred approach.

• Course requiring a 12-month industrial placement beginning September 2nd 2024

• Shows passion and initiative in digital marketing and is able to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Highly organized and has the capability to handle several projects simultaneously whilst prioritizing workload optimally to meet expectations.

• As this position has a global remit, you should be comfortable working with people from various cultures.

• Native (or proficient to native levels) in English.

To qualify, you are legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
