This role sits at the intersection of commercial insight and strategic planning-supporting the Operating Unit's (OU) ambition by combining data-driven recommendations, structured planning routines, and agile project support.
You will both uncover actionable growth levers through deep analytics and ensure strategic coherence across the OU by helping localize global strategy, align annual planning, and maintain clarity in execution. Your partnership with franchise, commercial and functional teams will be critical in enabling aligned decision-making, robust planning, and sustainable value creation.
In-House Consultancy
- Identify business growth opportunities across consumer, shopper and company in order to deliver the OU growth ambition across LRP and ABP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, C&CL, finance and franchise in order to deliver critical OU-wide strategic priorities, address business-critical questions.
- Lead key strategic assessments and deep-dives as per business requirements with actionable recommendations

Planning & Integration
- Support the OU's business planning agenda (LRP, ABP, QBRs), ensuring integration of local and global strategy through well-coordinated planning cycles.
- Support Strategy Integration Snr Director by assisting in the orchestration of end-to-end business planning for the OU and Bottling Partners. Engage in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective coordination and wiring with key functions
- Manage objective setting and tracking by aiding in the establishment of ambitious OKRs.
- Focus on progress tracking and project management to facilitate alignment and engagement across key functions for cohesive execution.
Analytics & Insights
- Conduct data-driven analyses and benchmarking to inform OU strategic direction while tailoring strategies and plans to specific needs.
- Pro-actively deliver data-driven insights using advanced analytical tools to support informed decision-making
- Champion strategy team data and tools and support in building long-term analytical capability in partnership with global and external sources
- Enable planning by synthesizing data into cohesive narratives and plans.
Franchise / Commercial Support
- Partner with 1-2 regions and franchises and help in answering key business questions and supporting in performance reviews
- Support Franchise Strategy leads by helping them drive and integrate insights across multiple data points to enable stronger franchise plans and actions
- Partner across annual process and routines including Local LRP's, ABP's and QBRs
- Be the custodian of data, tools and insights for the franchise and identify opportunities to optimize
Key Requirements
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong capability in data analysis and statistical modeling, with experience using advanced analytical tools and software including Nielsen, HHP, Beach and Kantar
- Advanced Critical Thinking: Analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong process-oriented approach and meticulous attention
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Read and interpret multiple sources of data and insights to construct a compelling business narrative that highlights performance and drives actionable strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Agility: Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem framing and solving: Ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts
- Prioritization & Project Management: Implement pragmatic, fact-based prioritization to balance immediate needs with long-term objectives, adeptly managing processes and projects while navigating ambiguity.
Experience
- +5 years of experience across business development roles, such as Strategy, Marketing, Business Planning, RGM, Insights, and/or Finance. Essential experience: Data & Analytics and related areas.
- Preferred experience in FMCG or Management Consultancy (Retail/FMCG facing)

- Up to 5-10% of travel required
