A successful Business Intelligence & Planning Senior Manager is one who can efficiently provide insights on volume/value trend and forecast volume/value/share performance, as well as analyze and provide insights on micro and macroeconomics trends and their impact on market and the Coca-Cola Company business. She/he also gathers and combines different sources of information, analytics and insights to build powerful and compelling narratives to support performance management cycles.
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Finance Digitization & Automation Leadership
1.Lead the transformation of the Finance function by designing and deploying digital solutions that automate routine reporting and analytics.
2.Develop scalable, self-service tools and dashboards (e.g., Future of Finance, TFS Volume, TFS 2.0 Revenue ,FPA) that enable faster insight-to-action and reduce dependency on manual processes,

3.Integrate diverse data sources-internal financials, bottler data, and syndicated market intelligence-to create a cohesive view of performance
4.Champion the digitization roadmap across Finance, fostering a culture of agility, simplicity, and strategic focus
Competitive Planning Insight
1.Serve as the Finance lead in the analysis of competitive Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to support the Competitive Insights team in understanding market dynamics and performance gaps
2.Build and maintain robust models for Competitive P&L scenarios to support rapid reactions to market moves by competitors, pricing shifts, or promotional activities
3.Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing, and Commercial teams to translate competitive insights into actionable business responses and scenario-based planning tool
Strategic Business Performance Analysis:
1.Support business performance narratives and insights in cross-functional leadership forums for agile decision-making.
2.Identify performance gaps and opportunities, working closely with Finance and business teams to drive corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment
1.Act as a strategic partner to Finance, Strategy, Commercial, and Operating Unit teams, aligning on business priorities and ensuring consistency in insights and metrics.
2.Drive collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure shared understanding of performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Organizational Enablement & Capability Building
1.Promote a data-driven culture across the Finance function by building digital fluency and empowering teams with training on BI tools and analytics best practices.
2.Support change management efforts to embed new ways of working and foster adoption of advanced analytics tools and platforms
3.Continuously monitor technological and market trends to recommend innovative approaches that enhance Finance's analytical capability and strategic value.
Knowledge & Experience
- > 6 years of leadership experience in either financial planning/commercial finance roles or in strategy roles.
- Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
