JOB OVERIVEW:
Steward business performance of assigned key customers. Translate the business needs into plans and lead cross functional teams to deliver the plan and financial KPIs of the assigned Customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead the Annual Business Plan for assigned Customers to deliver the financial results (i.e. NSR, Volume, Profits, etc.) and other KPIs on beverage incidence, customer GC by deploying the right brand strategies at the customer.
- Lead and set the priorities by brand leveraging the consumer, business, and performance insights.
- Work functionally to co-create brand campaigns/ activations with brand category owners. Collaborate with customers for best execution of operations.
- Accelerate best in class merchandising and visibilities in all selling platforms of the customers, including digital and Brick & Motors
- Take ownership of the annual forecast and work closely with finance and bottlers on the monthly reporting and following the annual forecast cycle.
- Offer insights on business opportunities and perform commercial execution through trade negotiations and alignment.
- Monitor and track overall business performance as set in the JBP and provide regular updates.
- Influence the right Portfolio and act as the PMO on product sourcing and value chain. Execute the launch plan according to the business plan.
- Own the RGM deployment of the assigned customers and deliver Value drivers.
- Working with the Quality team to ensure the right Product Quality and Machinery.
- Hold and manage the Annual budget to ensure ROI efficiency.
- Partners with the respective Global and Regional to develop key growth priorities and initiatives that tie with the Global priorities for the respective customers.
- Conduct analytics and reviews to capture the growth potential and deliver the KPIs set in the annual business plans.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with at least 6+ years related experience in Customer Management, Key Account Management, Sales operations, Trade Marketing, Marketing.
- Track record and accountable for business results and driving performance.
- Excellent Commercial execution at customers and familiar with trade negotiations.
- Collaborative with cross-functional network teams to deliver business plans. As well as influencing stakeholders including senior management level for both internal & external parties.
- Demonstrated advanced interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written) with versatility to lead negotiations in a highly complex internal and external organizational matrix.
- Proven ability to create and drive annual business plans to deliver enterprise goals.
