Boeing Ukraine is currently looking for Flammability Engineering Manager to join their team in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Position Responsibilities:
- Active communication with Customer on forecast and scope of upcoming work, required resources and possible risks. Interact with Customer for confirmation and approval of project and processes requirements, including quality, budget and terms. If necessary, clarification of technical requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Master degree or equivalent in Engineering or/and Aerospace.
- Advanced English.
- Existing rights to work in Ukraine.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Strong technical (certification processes knowledge) and organizational skills .
- Leadership skills. Successful experience in leading of project groups.
- Work experience as part of international team.
- Ability to build positive relationship with customer.
- Ability to coordinate and manage short term and long term projects.
- Risk analysis and risk management skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Flexibility, out of box thinking.
- Ability to make decisions in uncertain environment and take risks
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, initiative, integrity, attention to details.
