Oklahoma City Bombers B-52 CERP Team is seeking a highly motivated individual to support all aspects across B-52 CM/DM with their activities within a structured process framework. Capable of initiating a strategic approach to managing changes and support operations that fall within Bombers Organization. Ability to evaluate change impacts and organizational readiness to limit potential risk. Support training, communication to supporting teams/organizations pertaining to change management disciplines processes & procedures including designing or delivering specialized training resources to appropriate userbase. Evaluate risk of changes attending change board and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact. Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) change management portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt implemented changes. Assist engineering with Engineering Change Request (ECR) preparation, change coordination for managing baseline changes. Facilitate project, platform and program change board meetings. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request. Implement change management processes, procedures, and methodologies. Exceptional oral & written communication skills & data entry. Risk mitigation and management plans Review data collection, ability to provide feedback in order to provide accurate change packages Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, work to priority and provide first-time quality to ensure integrity of product.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Assists with activities to identify and document product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management and engineering processes.
  • Assists with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.
  • Supports the monitoring of adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; assists with audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements.
  • Supports certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processes.
  • Works well under general supervision.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship?
  • Must have at least 1-year experience in Configuration Management/Data Management?
  • Must be Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple engineering teams.
  • Experience managing high level projects for Senior Leadership and Customers.
  • Ability to perform Change Management.
  • Assists with plans and processes
  • Facilitate project, platform and program change board meetings.

Typical Education & Experience:
  • AA degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
