About the Job:

The Sr. Associate Manager, Customer Lifecycle is responsible for testing initiatives that will grow Taco Bell’s known customer base and create high value customers. This person will immerse themselves into customer data, segmentation, and user journeys to support opportunities that drive acquisition, activation, acceleration & retention.

This position will play an important role on the newly formed Loyalty Squad, tasked with growing the Taco Bell Loyalty program and turning loyalty members into high value customers. The squad will continue to manage and refine a test & learn roadmap and prioritize initiatives through agile methodology. The Sr. Associate Manager, Customer Lifecycle will distill insights from tests executed in the squad and implement those learnings into Taco Bell’s overall CRM strategy. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial attitude backed by data with a desire to continually improve how we onboard, engage and retain customers across all CRM touchpoints.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute loyalty acquisition campaigns focused on acquiring new users
  • Leverage in-app marketing channels to build strategies that convert guest & anonymous users to loyalty members
  • Grow opt-in list for email, push, & SMS through seamless integration with existing campaigns and touchpoints on the app, web and in-restaurant & identify opportunities to acquire and leverage 0 and 1st party data in a meaningful way
  • Test & learn scenarios to improve CAV with tactics including but not limited to: increasing conversion after sign-up, decreasing the time between purchases and accelerating customer behavior
  • Utilize customer attributes, past purchase behavior, demographic data and machine learning to test new campaigns that achieve desired business outcomes and test various offer constructs to drive increased engagement and incremental transactions
  • Continuously iterate and optimize the content, segmentation, timing, and cadence of CRM communications to improve conversion and drive business impact
  • Collaborate with omnichannel experience to test customized in-app user journeys to increase conversion rate

Is This You?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant CRM experience, with a proven track record of managing a high volume of email and push campaigns as well as a large CRM database (over 2M+)
  • Experience working with an enterprise level Email Service Provider (ESP), preferably Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Proficient with CDPs, Google Analytics, and Amplitude
  • Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence, /or other agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assemble and interpret data to form recommendations and insights
  • Thoughtful collaborator with the ability to partner with and influence both internal and external teams
  • Knowledge and experience with A/B and multivariant testing

Salary Range: $115,100 - $142,000 annually + bonus eligibility +  benefits
