About the Role

Did you know roughly 40% of all patients hear about GoodRx prescription savings solutions from their healthcare provider? As such, GoodRx aims to develop innovative programs and solutions for doctors, nurse practitioners, physicians associates and other HCPs to ease the burden associated with medication affordability and access. With approximately 900k physicians using GoodRx to help their patients access the healthcare they need at a price they can afford, we are seeking a key team member to help shape and execute our strategy and represent GoodRx to this audience across multiple channels. This dynamic Sr Manager, Sales & Marketing will lead operational excellence across field engagement programs and contribute to clinical conference execution with some of our most important stakeholder groups. This role develops and maintains long-term, effective relationships, contributes to product and service enhancements, and utilizes data and relationship management to drive value.

The Sr Sales Operations Manager - HCP will report to the Director of HCP Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic development and day-to-day operational execution of national in-office, practice support program
  • Partner with data science/analytics to prepare and present forecasts, opportunity identification and performance readouts on standard intervals
  • Work with marketing leadership to ensure program objectives and associated key results are in alignment with corporate goals
  • Serve as a stakeholder in omni-channel campaign development to ensure consistency in messaging strategies while ensuring measurable and performative results
  • Owns and executes against program campaign calendar
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on platform features and HCP end user experiences
  • Manages vendor relationships and allocated production budgets
  • Optimizes program protocols, not limited to enhancement of Salesforce workflows
  • Mobilizes and inspires field representatives, while emphasizing consistency in messaging and program maturation, through the completion of regular field visits/program ride-alongs
  • Supports product, marketing, and research through the development of program training
  • Develops a trusted advisor relationship with key professional associations and internal sponsors
  • Successfully communicates GoodRx's HCP solutions, impact and value proposition to the professional associations, conference attendees and the broader HCP community
  • Coordinate, implement and attend meetings, conferences and other events with professional associations
  • Shares key insights from events to shape product development and overall HCP marketing strategy
  • Work cross-functionally to execute on initiatives including data, analytics, product, legal, budgeting, marketing, and healthcare advocacy

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in years of experience; advanced degree a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Marketing or Customer Success
  • Experience in healthcare, specifically with a pharma, PBM, health system or a health plan, is strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel > 40% of the time (non-negotiable)
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Excel (Google sheets) with a familiarity in project management platforms is critical
  • Experience in delivering HCP-focused solutions based on needs
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively
  • Exceptional listening, strategic decision-making, negotiation, and EQ
  • Ability to develop rapport, gauge partner needs, and understand multiple perspectives
  • Innovative, growth mindset and creative thinker
  • Cohesive team builder who leads by example
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while paying close attention to detail

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$136,000.00 - $216,000.00

New York Office:
$124,000.00 - $198,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$113,000.00 - $180,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$102,000.00 - $162,000.00
