Description
What You'll Do: (Job description)
● Enable employee-facing customer support functions by assisting employees with various tier 1 HR requests and
help ensure our various HR platforms are maintained effectively.
● Serve as the initial point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance via phone, email, and/or tickets
(ServiceNow).
● Troubleshoot tier 1 HRIS system errors ensuring consistency & speed.
● Audit and maintain accuracy of Employee Records using various HRIS systems.
● Escalate complex inquiries to the Wayfair HR Shared Services team as needed, ensuring a smooth transition and
resolution for the employee.
● Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information and situations.
● Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times, consistently meeting
or exceeding performance expectations.
● Collaborate with HR team members to identify trends or recurring issues and suggest process improvements or
updates to enhance efficiency and service quality as appropriate.
● Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the HR database (Workday) or ticketing system
(ServiceNow).
Qualifications
What You'll Need:
Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow
- Minimum of 4 CXC Subjects including English Language.
● 2+ years experience in HR administration or similar roles
● Customer service oriented mindset
● Proficiency in English language
● Minimum of 4 CXC Subjects including English Language.
