This dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director will play a pivotal role in developing and driving HR initiatives, fostering a data-driven approach, and contributing to our company's success during this exciting phase of growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, demonstrated experience with HR systems and tools, and expertise in Organizational Psychology. This is a fully remote work opportunity.

  • You'll lead this critical and visible team through incredible growth building the foundational employee programs for the company to ensure overall success and a positive employee experience.
  • You'll partner at the executive level to oversee all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent and leadership development.
  • You'll get to utilize your knowledge in HR systems and data analytics to gain insights, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making to develop and optimize HR and business processes and programs to align with company objectives.
  • You'll formulate and implement job training, employee growth, and leadership development programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • You'll develop, implement, and measure workplace motivation and reward systems, quality of work life assessment, structure of work and human factors, and organizational development.
  • You'll have the opportunity to leverage your deep understanding of Organizational Psychology to enhance employee well-being, teamwork, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • You'll be applying the psychological principles you've learned to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, conducting psychometric and applied qualitative analysis to include descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, and summarizations of open-ended comments.
  • You'll get to build and lead your own high-performing HR team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture, providing training and guidance to HR professionals, supporting their growth and development.
  • You'll have the tools to conduct regular assessments to analyze the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements, and get to present HR strategies, analytics, and updates to the executive team, effectively communicating the impact on business outcomes.

  • You have experience strategically building and leading HR organizations and developing your own team members.
  • You've thrived in startup and/or midsize companies, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities associated with rapid growth in a fully remote company
  • Your proficiency in managing remote teams and addressing the specific HR needs of a distributed workforce will be valuable in our growth

What Expertise You'll Need:

  • 10+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Graduate degree in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Psychology (general), Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Experience using HR systems and data analytics to gain insights, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making to develop and optimize HR and business processes and programs to align with company objectives.
  • Experience developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills at the executive level, with a focus on sharing relevant analytics.
