What you will be doing
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships while building credibility with your client group(s) to understand the business needs, goals and challenges
- With the support of your HR leader, partner and provide coaching and consultative support to people managers on performance management, associate development, engagement, change and people management issues
- Proactively anticipate and understand the recruitment needs of your client group(s) in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Consultants
- Champions and supports change management practice and initiatives in alignment with Innomar's Change Management philosophy
- Provide advice and coaching to associates when appropriate
- Produce monthly Corporate HR Dashboard & Quarterly Learning & Development Dashboard and drive a data strategy with the Business
- Supports customized reporting requests for our Associate Engagement Program
- Tracks, analyzes and reports exit interview data and makes recommendations that drive retention
- Supports ad-hoc report requests and analysis for HR team
- Partner with our Total Rewards team and Payroll on our annual performance cycle, merit and bonus, benefits, compensation and as needed to provide solutions for your client group(s)
- Co-Lead Talent Calibration process for your client group(s); providing meaningful guidance and insights while facilitating talent calibration discussions. Partner with leaders to develop appropriate actions plans
- Identify employee engagement needs and opportunity with client groups. Utilize engagement survey data to coach managers to build appropriate action plans
- Lead HR projects in support of business objectives
- Performs other duties as required or assigned

What your background should look like
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Post-secondary education in business, HR or related discipline
- Foundational expertise in the following areas: workforce planning, human resources strategic planning, talent management, succession planning, web based media sourcing, and compensation administration
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing databases and reporting metrics
- Mature presentation and professional communication style, to win trust and credibility at all levels of the organization
- Highly responsive with an ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast paced, complex business environment
- Familiarity with project management, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Experience navigating in an HRIS system
- Some travel required
- CHRP Designation would be an asset
- Bilingual (English/French) is required for role in Montreal, an asset for Oakville.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
This role will appeal to a high energy, results-driven, client focused professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant progressive experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role or a related human resource function
