As the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, you will shape the global BI agenda by architecting and elevating enterprise‑wide capabilities that empower data‑driven decision‑making across every function. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Analytics, you will hold a high‑visibility leadership role, partnering with senior leaders in Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to translate strategy into actionable insight. By steering the evolution of our cloud‑native data stack, you will build a world‑class BI ecosystem and champion a culture of self‑service analytics throughout the organization.

Role Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy: Define and execute the enterprise BI strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and the hub‑and‑spoke analytics operating model. Champion a data‑driven culture by embedding BI best practices into day‑to‑day operations and change‑management programs.

Technical Excellence: Lead the evaluation, selection, and optimization of BI platforms and oversee data‑model design, semantic layers, and governance frameworks that ensure accuracy, consistency, and security..

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as trusted advisor to functional leaders, translating business questions into scalable BI solutions and intuitive dashboards. Design and deliver training that accelerates analytical fluency across the organization.

Performance and Governance: Establish and monitor KPIs for adoption, data quality, system performance, and business impact; drive continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and mitigate risks related to data privacy, compliance, and platform resilience.

Education and Advocacy: Promote a culture of data literacy and governance across the organization, providing training and support to ensure understanding and adherence to data policies and principles.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering with progressive responsibility; 5 or more years building solutions in Power BI (or equivalent). Proven success leading BI programs in a global CPG or similar fast‑moving consumer‑goods environment.
Technical Proficiency: Strong background in data architecture and technologies, including cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform), BI tools (e.g., MS Power BI, Tableau), data warehousing, data lakes, ETL tools, and Agile delivery.
Leadership and Communication: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Innovation Mindset: A strong track record of leveraging new technologies and data architectures to drive business value.
Regulatory Knowledge (Nice to Have): Deep understanding of data protection laws, compliance regulations, and ethical considerations in data management within the beverage and alcohol industry.

Commercial Analytics (Nice to Have): Experience in RGM (revenue growth management) and evaluating brand investment effectiveness for a CPG company. A background in leveraging analytics to drive commercial decisions, optimize pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and portfolio management in the beverage and alcohol sector is highly desirable.

Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in New York, NY is $150k-160k and based in Chicago is $145k-155k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
