JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, B2B Marketing, will be responsible for establishing the targets and evaluating the performance for each marketing tactic within the acquisition marketing strategy for Spectrum Business. Leveraging analytical insights, this role will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity and risk for the marketing teams to act on.

The Sr. Manager will partner closely with Marketing Analytics, Media, and Direct Response teams to define and establish the KPIs and reports that are necessary to track results. Additionally, they will work with these teams to review marketing plans to set performance goals and evaluate performance expectations.

  • Develops the marketing targets to align to overall marketing goals
  • Identifies drivers for performance to provide context for results
  • Evaluates program performance to ensure optimal performance
  • Identifies and assigns actions to drive performance
  • Communicates results with clarity to marketing team
  • Defines reporting requirements for marketing analytics teams to execute
  • Designs and structures tests to enable accurate and significant results
  • Perform other duties as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to analyze, interpret data, and continually evolve strategy based on key learnings
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. Microsoft word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to collaborate well with others
  • Ability to effectively communicate findings and actions
  • Ability to leverage analytics tools (i.e. Microstrategy, Tableau, Adobe Analytics)
  • Proficiency with media and direct response programs
    Knowledge of cable television products and services
    Knowledge of marketing strategies and procedures

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

  • Marketing experience - 7
  • Direct marketing and Digital marketing experience - 5

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of data networking, internet, voice, TV solutions and services preferred
  • Experience in B2B preferred
  • Experience with media and/or direct response preferred

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business, or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience
  • MBA / Masters preferred

Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years

  • Marketing experience - 7+
