The RenewalSales Representative will be responsible for renewing SaaS subscription-basedsoftware products, up-sells, price increases and extending the tenure andlifetime value of our customers. Candidates should be able to engage withvarious levels of contacts over the phone to advance the customer journeythrough strong rapport building and consultative partnership. A key partof this role is identifying possible roadblocks to customer longevity invarious parts of the Siemens/Customer relationship, including product training,license deployment, and license utilization. Skills include identification ofpotential customer needs, detailed account assessment, and in-depthcollaboration with other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving, forecasting andensuring the closure of renewals.
- Manage the different facets of subscriptionand support renewals.
- Prepare the renewal proposals, invoices,notifications, and update customers for upcoming contract expiration.
- Connect with partners/customers directly tonegotiate terms and conditions to consult and sell specific renewal product,including multiyear renewal, co-term renewals and upsell.
- Drive and own the business transformation ofperpetual licenses to SaaS licenses with both our partner community and direct customers.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales,Pre-sales, Finance and Customer Success team to close renewals.
- Identify customer needs, pain points anddemonstrate account management capabilities to guide renewal closure.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to reducechurn rates.
- Responsible for accurate forecasting andmanagement of the deal through entire sales cycle.
- Forecast trends and give suggestions on howthose trends can enhance retention rates.
Requirements:
- Australian Citizen / PR
- Currently based in Australia (Melbourne orSydney will be preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in thefield of renewals, sales, account management and quota carrying in SaaS company.
- Excellent customer management skills withexternal stakeholders leading to customer retention and adoption for SaaSmodel.
- Familiar and demonstrated good proficiency regarding contract renewal processes.
- Ability to operate under strict deadlines andknow how to prioritize the assigned tasks.
- Detailed, strong follow up and good timemanagement skills.
- Excellent proficiency with Salesforce, MicrosoftOffice applications, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent spoken and written communicationskills in English.
