General Summary of the Job
This sales position will be responsible forrenewing perpetual software maintenance & SaaS subscription. The candidateshould also be able to expand & get price increase.
Candidates should be able to engage withcustomers at various levels to ensure the renewals happen in time & ensurestrong rapport building and consultative partnership.

A key part of this role also includesinternal collaboration with cross functional teams like the account owner,pre-sales, support and finance. This role also requires working with SiemensChannel partner closely. Candidate will also be responsible for ensuringcollections.
Candidates will develop a deepunderstanding over time of the products and solutions they are required torenew and expand. Excellent verbal and written English interpersonal skills,should be ready to travel, and should have knowledge of CRM tools. RenewalSales Representatives are in constant collaboration with direct sales, insidesales teams and customer success teams, finance.
Essential Functions
- Proactive in their approach to the customer, should be adaptable.
- Should be proficient with variety of customers such Federal (Defence), Engineering Service Providers, OEM's
- Ready to travel
- Should have expertise to work with channel partners
- Coordinate with Sales Reps, Customer Success Managers, and other teams as necessary to ensure a positive customer experience
- Manage renewal sales pipeline and report sales activities and KPI's in regular sales meetings.
Education and Experience Requirement:
- Should have 8-10 years' experience in account management, renewals & SaaS. Experience with Federal and PSU's would be an added advantage
- Sales training that has included negotiation, upselling, and objection handling
- Engineering degree preferred
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Normal office environment. Often requestedto work long hours at quarter-end, Year end.
