As a Pricing Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales margin and revenue across Europe and International, with a particular focus on Middle East & Africa (MEA). You will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership and local organizations, ensuring pricing excellence and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive margin and revenue optimization through strategic pricing initiatives in assigned geographies.
- Lead and execute the Special Price Approval Process in alignment with global standards.
- Manage and maintain Price Lists and the Pricing Model to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Oversee the Anti-Gray Marketing Process to protect market integrity.
- Support the Global Opportunity Process, ensuring alignment with profitability goals.
- Conduct Profitability Analyses for large-scale projects and strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, sales, and product management, to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Provide analytical support and insights to enhance pricing decisions and identify optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of pricing tools, policies, and procedures.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Line of Business (LOB) roles.
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles desired.
- Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of numerical accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability working independently with a high degree of ownership, while also thriving in collaborative environments where teamwork and shared goals drive success
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CPQ systems, Oracle BI (OBIEE), Salesforce (bFO), and SQL.
- Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) certification is a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 15% of the time.
